Marshfield High School, Class of 1969

Hi classmates and welcome to the Marshfield High School, Class of 1969 website! It is the purpose of this website to bring our class a little closer together and to provide an information source for any upcoming events as well as an online private contact database (all personal info will be behind password protected pages). This will be just for MHS Class of 1969 members. Even if you don't plan on attending any reunions, register anyway. Who knows, you might revive an old friendship. Click here to register.

MINI REUNION
There will be an informal get together at the Mill Casino Saturday, September 19th, 2009 at 6:00 PM at the "White Caps" bar.

Have added a bunch of pictures from the 40th reunion, so check them out. Will try to get the reunion page updated ASAP.
From conversations with classmates attending the reunion, the common consensus is we really shouldn't wait another ten years for another reunion, so I can safely say that we will be having a 45th reunion sometime in the summer of 2014.
Has been suggested that we have a yearly get together on Friday night of the weekend of the Bay Area Fun Festival and Pre Memorial 10K Run. This event falls mid September with the first gathering on September 19, 2009. More details on this as they transpire.
Has also been suggested that we start having at the very minimum, monthly coffee/lunch/drinks get togethers for whoever can make it. We realize that it really isn't feasable for classmates outside of the area to come to Coos Bay every month, but these types of gatherings could very easily be arranged in your local area.

In the very near future, will add a Calendar of Events to this website which will have details and dates of any upcoming events as outlined above.

Special thanks to Gary Haliski (class of 1968) who graciously loaned me his classroom copies of the 1968 & 1969 year book and which, time permitting, have been scanning our class pictures. Are still a few classmates which I haven't got pictures of yet and may have to go back another year to the 1967 yearbook. However, the 1969 senior pictures and any fill ins from the `68 book are now online.

At the present time, the site is under construction and best guess timeline is to have it complete by "heck if I know"? This site will, truth be known, always be under construction so check back occasionally. Windows users, press Ctrl D now to add this page to your favorites list.
